Changes to WMS Support access

Today we simplified access to customer support.  From now on when you’re logged into the WMS console, you’re automatically logged into WMS Customer Support and vice versa.  This means you only need your WMS console user name and password for access to everything.

Now you can easily:

  • Search the Knowledge Base for answers to your request
  • Create and track progress of help requests and interact with our staff
  • Read and comment on requests opened by other people in your company
  • Access Forums, Discussions, and Find Expert Help directories
  • Share your favorite feature requests, vote on, and view feature request statuses.
  • Access Technical FAQs and User Guides.

As usual you can still open a help request by emailing
