We mount your RDS disk inside the OS as the server is deployed. This won't be visible from the WMS console ISO tool. If the disk isn't present for any reason, please open a new WMS support ticket and request we mount it.
Install the RDS software as per your own requirements.
Once the software is installed, it needs activation (unless you have used a free trial voucher for your server). Microsoft requires that this is done over the phone by WMS staff, as a condition of our site license. As a result you will need to unlock your server via the WMS console and give us one-time access to your server for activation purposes. Please open a support ticket to arrange a suitable time for access to your server.
Once the software is activated, we'll advise you immediately via the ticketing system.
